MPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE:

We are not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged items after an order is marked as delivered by UPS.

Please only provide a shipping address at which someone is ALWAYS available during regular business hours.

 

Please provide a work address instead of your home address if you work during the day.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including any additional return shipping costs incurred. We will not be able to reship the returned order and will deduct a restocking fee of 20% of the order's subtotal from your refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

We are not responsible for any shipment or item delayed, missing, stolen, or damaged in transit or after it is marked as delivered by UPS. In the case that your order's shipment or any part of your order is delayed, missing, stolen, or damaged after tracking shows it has been delivered by UPS or after a Shipment Delivered email is sent to you, you are responsible for filing a claim with UPS. We will not be able to reship your order or issue a refund.

 

If your order is not delivered within the expected delivery time frame, it will be your responsibility to notify us within 14 days from the purchase date and before the expiration of the 14-day return period.

 

We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
